These terms govern your use of Veya Cue. By signing up or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Veya Cue is queue management software for walk-in businesses. It enables customers to join a queue from their phone and allows staff to manage that queue from a dashboard.
Your account
- You must provide accurate sign-up information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Veya Cue in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.
Pricing and payments
Current pricing is available on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed via Stripe. You may cancel a paid plan from your billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep Veya Cue available, but the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and wait times shown to customers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Your data and your customers' data
You remain responsible for how you handle your customers' personal data inside your own operations. Please refer to the Data Processing Notice for the responsibilities of each party.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veya Cue is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost revenue or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
